Conditions for Return:

2. The fire pit must be in new and unused condition, with all original packaging and accessories included.
3. Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation or receipt, is required for all returns.

Return Process:

2. Provide your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return.
3. Our team will guide you through the return process and issue a return authorization if applicable.
4. Pack the fire pit securely in its original packaging, ensuring all components are included.
5. Ship the return to the address provided, including the return authorization on the package.

Refund:

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned fire pit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

Warranty:

PitPerfect fire pits come with a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If you encounter any issues covered by the warranty, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
